I guess the first verse falls into the "My Enemies" part of the album, and the second verse is the "My Friends" bit. I grew up on Public Enemy, Hip Hop is always a political whether we like it or not and I just had to respond to a punter who turned to me at a gig when a cool underground LA crew were performing and he said to me "I'm sick of this n---- Hip Hop, Aussie Hip Hop's better, go Triple Jay!!". I could ramble on a lot more about this topic, but hopefully the lyrics do it justice. The vocal samples are from a radio interview back in the 70's in Australia, funny how time's haven't changed eh?

Music for my friends and my enemies, not mass appeal
No point in making music unless it has a feel
Real deep, deep along the border
The enemy's within and it's getting out of order
